- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Waited 45 min for my appointment even though I showed up before my appointment time. I waited 2 weeks for them to submit my approval for MRI even though I learnt from them after that 2 weeks that I did not even need an approval from my insurance to get an MRI. I called the office 4 times during this two week period to ask why my approval had not even been submitted to my insurance yet (bear in mind it takes up to 14 days from the submission date for the insurance to approve or deny the request). I guess I'm lucky that I ended up not needing approval otherwise it would have taken 1 month for me to get an MRI. Would not recommend.May 05, 2017by Daniel Badger
